In 1997, SkiCo Realty, Southwest
Centennial Real Estate and Cinda Riley each with over twenty
years of experience

Cinda’s 28 year career as a

Jessica Adams was raised in
Denver and met her husband, Doug, in college at Colorado State
University. When the two
of them moved back to Salida in 1999,
Jessica brought her experience in public relations, advertising
and marketing to United Country Premier Brokers. She has worn

manager and Realtor. She also assists Doug in his corporate

Tom Breunich left Metro N.Y. area in 1959 for college in
Sterling Colorado. He graduated from USC in 1964 earning a BA,
then went on to get his Masters Degree from WSC in 1972. He
married Kay
in 1962 and had two children, Scott and Kristi.
He now has
three grandsons. Tom retired after 29 years of teaching in 1993.

He and his wife, Anna, have a daughter, Sarah, and son,

instructor and part-time realtor then switched to full-time

An “almost” native of Salida, Judy Everett has been a Realtor in
Chaffee County for nearly 30 years. When she is
not out selling real estate, Judy is
helping her husband Terry on their family ranch, or enjoying her
horses, and her family. Growing up in Salida has given her a love and knowledge of Salida and the
surrounding area. As a recently appointed member
of the Chaffee
County Planning Commission she is involved in the process of
re-zoning and subdivision regulations. All of this, plus her

Associate
Mark is a native of Toronto Canada and has
been a resident of Salida for the past eleven years. Mark spent much of his
school
years growing up in
Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with
a degree in economics. Mark and
his wife Danelle, have two children ages seven and three. Mark has
served on the Salida Golf Course board for three years and is
currently on the Chaffee County Board of Realtors. In addition
to serving buyers and sellers, Mark also operates a property
management service for longer term rentals. Mark is an avid
golfer and enjoys
teaching his two kids the game.
